EZClaim Cloud will work on both Mac and PC.

Can I test TriZetto clearinghouse services before I purchase?
You do not need to purchase EZClaim to trial TriZetto Clearinghouse services. Contact TriZetto/EZClaim sales at 800-969-3666 or ezclaim@cognizant.com for TriZetto enrollment information.
Do I need additional software for submitting electronic claims?
No, your claims are sent directly from your EZClaim program with a simple click of your mouse. Reports received back from your clearinghouse will also be available in EZClaim.
How long does it take to setup TriZetto clearinghouse services?
The enrollment period varies based on the processing time of the payers you are enrolling with. Your TriZetto representative can provide estimated response times.

Are billing codes included?
EZClaim provides both a Procedure code (CPT, HCPCS) library and a Diagnostic code library (ICD) for codes.  You simply populate the libraries with the codes and charges that you use most often. You can also  import codes purchased from a third party.
Does EZClaim include reports?
Yes. There are over 40 reports included with EZClaim and unlimited number of customizable grids which can be exported.

Can EZClaim be installed on a network?
We no longer offer local purchases. EZClaim is a cloud-based software, which means you can securely access it anytime, anywhere.
Can data be transferred from our current software to EZClaim?
EZClaim uses a standard database format. If you are able to access your data, a computer consultant should be able to help you transfer data.
Can I install EZClaim on more than one computer?
As a cloud-based software, EZClaim can be accessed from multiple computers. RDA must be installed on each computer to access EZClaim.
How long does the Cloud setup process take?
The Cloud setup process takes 24-48 hours to complete.

Do I have to sign a contract to use your software?
No, you are billed on a month-to-month basis.
What are EZClaim's support hours?
EZClaim’s support hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 8:00pm Eastern Time.
What are my support and training options?

EZClaimPay

Can I save a credit card on file?
Yes! EZClaimPay is fully compliant, and credit cards may be saved on file. Actual card numbers are not stored or accessible once saved, instead the system generates a token for future usage.
Do you take HSA (Health Savings Account)?
Yes! HSA debit cards may be used to make payments via EZClaimPay.
What if I need to reverse a payment?
Voids and refunds are available directly in the system to reverse payments when needed.
Can every user at my practice take payments?
The administrative user for your account may select permissions at a user level for those you would like to add/edit/delete payments and adjustments.
Will I get a terminal to swipe cards?
Yes! Terminals are available to lease, reach out and we will review options with you.
I already use a merchant services vendor, can you see if my rates will be better with you?

Can I print a receipt for a patient?
Yes! There are receipts available to print for payments made by patients and payers.
What support training is available?
You will have an onboarding coach during initial EZClaim training. You will also get access to our knowledge base for training articles and our support team is available via phone, support case, or chat to help.
What are the merchant service fees?

Does it cost me extra to use the EZClaimPay platform beyond the merchant fees and hardware?
No, this will not change your subscription rate.
