EZClaim System Requirements

This page shows the computer system requirements for the EZClaim Billing software for both the local ‘workstation’ and the remote ‘Cloud’.

LOCAL WORKSTATION

  • Windows 10 or higher recommended (Microsoft discontinued Windows 7 support as of January 14, 2020)
  • .NET 4.0
  • 4GB RAM minimum
  • About 100Mb of hard drive space
  • Intel i5 processor or higher (Recommended)
  • Will not run on an Apple Macintosh 

Server Requirements

Follow the Microsoft recommendations for the version of SQL you are installing.

 

SQL Database Requirements

  • Premier requires Microsoft SQL 2014 or higher using mixed mode authentication (Express versions of SQL are acceptable). 
  • SQL Tools should be installed on the server computer for ease of database management.
  • SQL Server Configuration Manger is required to enable the TCP/IP protocol.

REMOTE CLOUD

  • High speed internet access
  • Latest version of an internet browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended for compatibility)
  • PC: Windows 10 or higher
  • Mac: macOS Mojave or higher
